Who We Are
Out East Contracting are your HYDROSEEDING specialists based in GISBORNE. Hydroseeding (or hydraulic mulch seeding, hydro-mulching, hydraseeding) is a planting process that uses a slurry of seed, mulch, fertiliser and tackifers. It is often used as an erosion control technique. The mulch binds to the soil providing cover to a bare site until the right conditions allow the seed to germinate. As well as an erosion control the mulch provides a microclimate for the seed. The wood mulch is very effective at holding moisture within the fibrous structure.

Hydroseeding is not the only service Out East Contracting Ltd Provides. There is also dust suppression controls and environment stabilisers that can be used to secure sites or provide a membrane for a particular site.
